SIZE CHARTS: General product specifications are available using the Size Charts tab. Specific product details and "How to Measure" information is available upon request. Samples may be available to try on before embroidery. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions. Samples will be available at the SFC, and able to send to other locations to view if needed.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER: When you find an item that you would like to buy, click on Add To Cart. If there are additional items you would like to order, you can continue shopping. If not, simply check out. On the Checkout page, review your order request. Select Submit Order. Payment transactions will take place on a PayPal site. A PayPal account is not required. Major credit or debit cards will be accepted. Cash/ Check not accepted.
    
RETURNS: Forward garment to SFC, and request a clothing return form from the receptionist.

LEAD TIMES: We batch clothing orders together each Monday morning. It typically takes about two weeks to have that week's batch embroidered. Lead times approaching the Holidays may be longer. Please let us know if you have a special in-hands requirement.

DISTRIBUTION: Garments will be distributed through your office location. We will not ship to home addresses.
